 Verified Impressive shine and easy application This stuff works! I was skeptical but it went on easily and took my time. Follow the instructions - don’t do it in direct sunlight or if your car’s surface is hot—it’ll dry too fast and you won’t get a streakless finish. Wash your car - the instructions emphasize you have to clean the car to a flawlessly clean finish. Honestly, I just did a thorough hand wash and dry, and didn’t get obsessive about any bug or tar spots. Then again, my car is newer and pretty clean already. Then spray, wipe, let dry, buff. My car is a sparkly graphite gray and it looked like a gem when I was done with it. I imagine a jet black car would be a lot harder to get a streakless finish on. Whaddaya gonna do?  Verified This is what I found so read to the end. I hopr I'm not wastin my time writin a review if you are not gunna read it, so for WIW....so far all I can say is; it sprays on OK, spreads well & wipes off OK, even on the glass. Now it looks shiny & water seems to dissipate quickly enough....but time will tell. Apparently it's brilliant for house windows as well but the windows have to be clean first. It's even supposed to be OK for showers & the wall tiles, (Not the shower/bathroom floor, or they will be bloody if someone slips over & goes through the glass....so dont get it on the floor....because it's as slippery as, so put a protective cloth down first or else.....

 Verified A hard shell, and an easy sell! Applied a week ago (as 2 coats over 2 days) to my 20 year old Toyota. Easy to apply and quick to finish with a clean microfibre cloth, no buffing required. Half the bottle is left after 2 coats. The shine and depth of gloss is incredible, better than any other product I have used. A coworker commented on "how fresh" the paint looked. The surface is smooth and buttery. I replaced my wiper inserts after doing the car, and the surface was so slick that I almost slipped and fell while leaning against the front fender!A quick wash yesterday to remove some bird droppings (which came off with just hose pressure anyway) and the whole car was dry in about 10 minutes. Water does not want to be there. Morning dew became millions of tiny tiny beads rather than larger droplets. I applied it to all the glass too, however for the front windscreen, it did leave a faint haze that catches sunlight in a streak after using the wipers. Glass cleaner should remove any of that residue though.I have used "Testudines Wax" and "Megs" ceramic spray-on detailers, both were OK but only lasted for several weeks before they were noticably deteriorating, which put me off using them all over again. If you're going to be doing that every 2 months, you may as well stick to a regular wax.I would recommend this and would buy it again.

 Verified Unbelievable, shine and protection This stuff works amazing. It’s phenomenal. Water beats up like nobody’s business and beats up like crazy on my truck. Use it on the glass also the same results. Talk about a shame is unbelievable better than a new paint job. I will be back to get more.

LO QUE CAMBIA

Para depósitos más adheridos. Inspecciona la pintura porque puede requerir pulido posterior.

Pesada

Para contaminación intensa y uso cuidadoso. Prueba primero y considera corrección posterior.

CÓMO USARLO

Lubrica cada movimiento.

Nunca uses arcilla sobre una superficie seca y desecha cualquier pieza que caiga al suelo.

Lava y seca
Retira toda la suciedad suelta y trabaja a la sombra sobre una superficie fría.
Selecciona y aplana la arcilla
Empieza con el grado más ligero que pueda resolver la contaminación y prueba primero en un área discreta.
Lubrica generosamente
Mantén el panel húmedo; nunca uses la arcilla sobre una superficie seca.
Desliza con presión ligera
Haz pasadas rectas hasta que la arcilla se mueva con suavidad; no frotes en círculos ni fuerces la barra.
Dobla, inspecciona y seca
Expón una cara limpia con frecuencia, seca con microfibra e inspecciona antes de continuar.

Antes de empezar

Usa la arcilla únicamente sobre una superficie recién lavada, fría y bien lubricada. Empieza con el grado más ligero, aplica poca presión y prueba en un área pequeña. No la uses en plástico transparente, incluidos los faros. Dobla la arcilla para exponer una cara limpia y deséchala de inmediato si cae al suelo. La arcilla media o pesada puede requerir pulimento posterior. Mantén el producto fuera del alcance de los niños.

¿Qué grado debo usar primero?

Empieza con el grado ligero y sube sólo si la contaminación no se retira. Usa siempre la fuerza mínima necesaria.

¿Necesito lubricante?

Sí. La arcilla debe deslizarse sobre una película abundante de lubricante. El kit completo incluye GlideTech; el paquete triple no incluye lubricante.

¿Debo pulir después?

La arcilla ligera puede no requerirlo, pero los grados medio o pesado pueden dejar marcas que conviene corregir antes de proteger.

¿Qué hago si la arcilla cae al suelo?

Deséchala de inmediato. Puede recoger partículas que rayen la pintura.

¿Qué incluye cada opción?

El kit completo incluye barras ligera, media y pesada, lubricante GlideTech de 473 mL y una toalla de microfibra. El paquete triple incluye las tres barras; el lubricante y la toalla no están incluidos.

¿Puedo usar agua como lubricante?

No uses la arcilla en seco ni confíes sólo en agua. Usa un lubricante compatible y mantén el panel húmedo durante todo el proceso.

¿Puedo usarla en faros o plástico transparente?

No. No la uses en plástico transparente, incluidos los faros. Para cualquier superficie no listada, prueba primero en un área discreta.

This is the most satisfying step in detailing. Seeing the white clay turn brown lets you know it’s working. My car shines so much brighter now because the surface is truly clean.

My wheels were caked in brake dust that wheel cleaner wouldn’t touch. I used a piece of the heavy clay bar on them. It pulled the brake dust right out of the finish. They look silver again instead of grey.

I have a black BMW 5 Series, so I’m terrified of scratches. I used the Yellow (Light) bar with the GlideTech spray. Zero marring. It just lifted the dirt and left the paint perfect. Highly recommend for soft clear coats.

The spray nozzle arrived in the “off” position and was a little hard to twist open, but once it started working, it misted fine. The clay bars are excellent, very pliable once you knead them a bit.

The lubricant bottle is huge (16oz)! I did my whole SUV and barely used half of it. You don’t need to be stingy with the spray.

I bought this to remove tree sap from my wife’s Honda CR-V. I washed the car, sprayed the lubricant, and gently rubbed with the Medium bar. The sap came off without scratching the clear coat. Saved me from a repainting job.
